Sound Rowers Open Water Rowing and Paddling Club is an organization conducting races coordinated by volunteers for world class and weekend athletes in any open water, human powered craft. We initiated this meet-up group to promote the outdoors activities offered by Sierra Club in Washington State. Our goal is to provide activities for all levels of physical abilities, including family activities. Sierra Club advocates for conservation of the land, water, and forests, and the fish and mammals who live there. We offer outings to show our members and the public what Sierra Club is doing and what we have accomplished, and to honor the magnificence of the outdoors.
