The Rensselaer Land Trust is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization preserving land in Rensselaer County, New York. We accomplish this preservation through land acquisition, conservation easements, responsible stewardship, and outreach and education to the public and local governments. In 2012, we are holding 27 events, hikes, paddles, fishing and other outdoor activities.
